Christina Lindsay - Development Manager

Christina Lindsay, a Development Manager, joined RealtyLink of Georgia in 2007. Christina provides preliminary due diligence and supports in the completion of development projects throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining RealtyLink of Georgia, Christina was a Commercial Real Estate Analyst for Quadrant Real Estate Advisors LLC (formerly GMAC Institutional Advisors LLC) where she was responsible for acquisition underwriting and due diligence for commercial loan transactions and generated monthly and quarterly reports for clients as a corporate relations liaison. Christina also has experience in market analysis to assess both current and future market conditions that impact real estate, developing and implementing direct marketing strategies, website development, and designing marketing materials and brochures.

Christina has a B.B.A. in Real Estate, cum laude, from the University of Georgia. Christina is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and is in the process of completing her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
