Dale Waldrop - Director of Planning/Engineering Services

After spending 15 years in the civil engineering field and being co-owner of a local civil firm, Dale Waldrop came to RealtyLink in 2000 bringing with him the knowledge of all phases of site development.

With a degree in Civil Engineering, Graphics, and Business Administration, Dale can assist clients from the land planning phase of a project through the construction phase. Responsibilities include site plans, permitting, cost analysis, coordination with Architects, Engineers, and Local governing agencies and project management.

Dale is a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina and is a Certified Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Inspector for the State of South Carolina. He is married with three children and has lived in the Greenville area for the past eleven years.
