Devin Keil - Principal/RealtyLink of Georgia

Devin graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1982 with a B.A. in Political Science.

In 1983, Devin founded The Cypress Group, a real estate/construction firm which specialized in providing turn-key development services to fast-growing restaurant companies. He built his relationship with Domino.s Pizza in the Southeast and East Coast, and from 1983 to 1989, Devin and his firm negotiated leases, acquired real estate and executed construction build out of 250 Dominos Pizza locations.

In 1989, Devin joined Pepsico and directed site acquisition and construction efforts to open 150 Pizza Hut locations. He was promoted to lead regional development efforts for Pepsico.s casual-themed restaurants including California Pizza Kitchen, Chevys and East Side Marios.

After seven years with Pepsico, Devin relocated to Dallas, TX to establish the Western Development office of Extended Stay America and managed the real estate and construction teams to develop 20 to 30 hotels per year in eight western states.

In 1998, Devin joined Carlson Restaurants Worldwide as its Executive Director of Development. He led development for TGI Fridays, as well as several "chef-driven" four-star restaurant brands such as Star Canyon, Timpano and Samba Room.

In 2000, Devin joined RTM Restaurant Group in Atlanta, GA as its Senior Vice President of Development and led a talented development team to the opening of 75 Arbys restaurants over a four-year period.

Most recently, Devin served as an officer and Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Goody's Family Clothing, a publicly traded apparel and department store competitor of Kohls. Devin led the development team to the opening of 65 new stores increasing the store count from 320 to 385 in two years.

Devin is married with four children and lives in Atlanta.
