Maude Davis - Director of Legal

Maude joined RealtyLink in 2006 and brings with her a solid background in real estate transactions which began with her career at Ryan.s Family Steak Houses, Inc. as Paralegal in 1995 to Real Estate Manager in 1998 until she left in 2006 to join RealtyLink. Her responsibilities include working with the RealtyLink Team on the initial contract phase, working through the due diligence process of sale and purchase contracts and preparation and coordination of closing documents. She also manages lease administration, miscellaneous document drafting, record retention and assists with occasional construction related issues.

Maude attended the University of South Carolina, Midlands Technical College and Greenville Technical College. She holds an Associate Degree in Public Service with a Major in Legal Assistant/Paralegal and is a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina. She has been a resident of Greenville County since 1984 and is married.
