W. Neil Wilson - Principal

Neil studied Business Management and Accounting at Furman University. Afterward, he joined the family jewelry business and
oversaw the wholesale division, which manufactured products for NASCAR.
After the sale of the family business, Neil's real estate development career began in 1992 with the purchase of the 65,000 square
foot Iveys Department store. The revitalization of Ivey Square, a mix of office and retail, helped turn around a depressed
downtown environment in Greenville, SC. As a result, Ivey Square was featured in the New York Times Real Estate Section in
December 1995. In 1998, Phil and Neil founded RealtyLink, LLC to exclusively develop and represent restaurant and retail clients.
Neil has completed development projects for the following tenants: Stanley Morgan-Dean Witter, NuVox Communications, Staples,
Starbucks, Arby's, Subway, World Finance, Waffle House, KFC, DQ Grill & Chill, Golden Corral, Great Clips, Sprint, Hardees, Cato,
Shoe Show, Burger King, Kohl's, AT&T, Dick's Sporting Goods and numerous other tenants. As a developer, Neil heads up the various development companies and
coordinates projects during the process.
Neil has been a resident of Greenville for over 30 years and is married with
three children.
