Philip J. Wilson - Principal

Phil attended Spartanburg Methodist College and studied Business Mangement. Afterward, he joined the family jewelry business and
oversaw the retail stores. Phil later joined the wholesale division, which manufactured for NASCAR.
Phil's first development began in 1989 after the family business sold. His first development was a 40-acre single family
residential subdivision called Ricelan Springs in Greenville, SC. He then redeveloped several downtown office buildings, the most
notable being Ivey Square, a former department store, which is now a mix of office and retail. Ivey Square was featured in the
New York Times Real Estate Section in December 1995. In 1998, Phil and Neil founded RealtyLink, LLC to exclusively develop and
represent restaurant and retail clients.
Phil has completed development projects for the following tenants:
CVS, Carrabbas, Verizon Wireless, SunCom, Atlanta Bread Company, Bojangles', Great Wraps, Fazoli's, Arby's (both corporate and
franchises), Wendy's, DQ Grill and Chill, Captain D/Del Taco, Chili's, Mattress Firm, Buffalo Wild Wings, Waffle House,
Backyard Burger, Fatz Cafe, SunCom, NAPA Auto Parts and a range of other tenants. Phil coordinates and heads up the various
development companies and manages the team throughout the life of each project.
Phil has been a resident of Greenville for over 30 years and is married with
five children.
