Shawn McCleskey - Director of Construction
Shawn joined Realty Link in February of 2008 and brings a background in project management, engineering, land planning and construction. Prior to
joining Realty Link, Shawn owned his own company working as a construction manager and owner's representative for residential, multi-family and
mixed-use subdivisions in the Greenville area. He previously worked as a civil engineer specializing in site development, water resources and
geotechnical engineering from 1999 until 2005. He has experience in site engineering and construction including residential, commercial and public
works projects working for various real estate developers, municipal governments and institutional clients on projects located in South Carolina,
North Carolina and Georgia.
Shawn's responsibilities at Realty Link include management of projects, site planning and construction management.
Shawn graduated from the Citadel in 1999 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in South Carolina and lives in
Greenville with his wife and 1 year-old daughter.
