Tamera Langford

After working together for ten years at AIG Baker, Tamera joined John Whitson, as Development Manager of RealtyLink-Alabama, LLC, in February 2008. While new to the development side of Commercial Real Estate, Tamera has more than 19 years experience in Real Estate-Management.

Her career started 1989 as a Property Manager with Beisel-Moss Properties, a Developer of strip centers with locations in the Southeast. In 1992, Tamera joined the Financial Services Department of Aronov Realty as a Lease Administrator with responsibility of more than 30 Shopping Centers and 5 Malls. Then, in 1997 Tamera joined the property management department of AIG Baker Shopping Center Properties, LLC, in Birmingham, as Lease Administration Coordinator. Her tasks included Lease Abstracting, Commencement Date Agreements, Tenant Estoppel Certificates, invoicing, year end reconciliations, and handling the administration of most aspects of a Tenant Lease for a portfolio of more than eight million square feet of retail space. Very happy to be with RealtyLink, Tamera is quickly learning the development process including Letter's of Intent, Purchase Contracts, preliminary Due Diligence processing and administrative support for the office as needed.

Married with two children (13 yr old boy/girl twins!), Tamera is a native of California, residing in Alabama for the past 22 years. She holds a degree in Marketing from Auburn University of Montgomery.
