With an extensive real estate development background, Oliver has dedicated his career to delivering consistent results through his professional commitment to customer service and client relationships. Oliver has nearly 30 years of experience with managing single tenant developments, grocery store, commercial shopping centers, and Big Box developments including O’Reilly Auto Parts, Tractor Supply Company, Publix Supermarkets, Hobby Lobby, Dick’s Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx, and ULTA Beauty.
Most recently holding the position of Executive Vice President for The Hutton Company—a national real estate development company—during his time at Hutton, Oliver oversaw their asset dispositions, totaling $110 million annually, and worked closely with the real estate, development, and legal departments to ensure congruency for all projects including new and existing developments.
Oliver attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
